Supported in the construction of Mapua Alumni Footbridge for the residents and school children of Sitio Casili, Rodriguez, Rizal (to be transferred now to Sitio Inigan to give way to the construction of the Upper Wawa Dam project of MWSS).
During rainy season and heavy downpour, Casili River overflows its banks making it risky, if not downright impossible for school children and local residents to cross it. Hence, Halchem lent it support to the Mapua Alumni community, spearheaded by FOMI, in the building of this much needed bridge.
